28 Day Challenge Guidelines:

• When:
  Now of course! Starts Sunday January 7th, 2018

• TIME : sign up at either 9am or 2:30pm

• Where:
  ZenLife at The Shops of Kenilworth

• Cost:
  FREE!
  (*You must purchase, or already have, a monthly unlimited yoga membership to participate.)

• How:
  Attend 28 yoga classes in 28 days at ZenLife
  (*Note: If you miss a day of practice, you can make it up by taking 2 classes on another day in order to reach your 28)

Kick off meeting is Sunday Jan 7th  at 9am or 2:30pm! You will get paired-up with a fellow yogi so you can lift each-others vibe throughout the 28 days.

At the end of 28 days you will have a new healthy habit;

Strong mind, Hard body, Empowered soul, Strong yoga practice, a loving community to support you!

We will also do our best to get a daily inspiration texted to you. (Still need to get with tech support on that! But stay tuned bc it will happen!)
