EACH MONTH WE WILL BE BRINGING A GUEST SPEAKER, MEDITATION LEADER AND WORKSHOP. Everyone is invited to attend. Meditation is for everyone and helps relieves stress, addiction, depression, anxiety, anger or to achieve overall wellness and focus.

Michelle was recently a guest on Hay House Radio. She is an Empowerment Coach, who helps women, especially Moms, get out of overwhelm and stress to Redesign a life, on their terms, they are ready to live. Thru the tools of mediation, learning your core energy, and dynamic mindset shifts, she’s helped hundreds of women redesign their life that empowers their passion, purpose, and ignite play back into their life.
