Katie Sampayo, the author of "Eat to Thrive. The Anti-Diet Cookbook", personal trainer, and yoga instructor will be at the studio Saturday, April 22nd for a day of yoga and fun! Come and enjoy a 1 hour vinyasa flow yoga class followed by a delicious post-workout smoothie made by ZenLife (tickets required). Following class Katie will be offering an exclusive opportunity to access her newly published book, "Eat to Thrive. The Anti-Diet Cookbook" for a discount before it hits stores in May! Katie will also be available to answer any questions you have about health and nutrition, so take advantage and come prepared!
